Cairn, Yes, Its like these people feed on fear, despair, confusion, etc. They are like vampires in a sense. Getting a good nights sleep is one of the bed rocks of maintaining decent health as we get older. ( I'm now 60 and officially a senior now, don't know where all those years went! ) Somehow, most of the time, I am still able to push all this and all the rest of the crap I deal with aside and go to sleep. You just have to clear your head. I recommend cultivating a healthy stoicism in ones self. This is just letting go of all fear and handing it to a higher power. Anyone can learn to do this.
If the US can't wake up and elect RFK jr I think we're in big trouble. Even then it may already be too late as I don't like his chances of actually changing anything. We have to wake up the sheep somehow before they close the internet down and require your digital vaccine passport to log back on. It's a race against time this one. I was reading "Unbecoming"'s Substack about the demise of the US petro-dollar and Unbecoming sort of linked it to the need for the same bloodsucker group to find a new way to kind of print money ( my interpretation not his), so wrecking health and billing the world for shots and cures is the new way to print US dollars.
