The worse thing to think about here is how the workers can't be completely aware, at this point, of what they participated in if they weren't at the time. There are stories from both the US and UK that would seem to indicate some of these people were completely aware they were helping kill people or trying too.
The corrupt regulators at NICE should be charged with first degree murder. They must have known exactly what they were doing when they wrote NG163. They are experts in their field and they prescribed huge doses of breath surppressants to patients struggling to breath?
